I see so many people with low self esteem in either their whole life or aspects of their life. I know, I had low self esteem, and not in all aspects, some parts I was very confident and in others I lacked confidence.
Healthy self esteem is not ego driven it is from the heart. The belief that we aren't enough, not good enough, not pretty enough, not slim, not fit, not smart, the list goes on. We've all heard these phrases and we probably even say these things about ourselves and others.
The dictionary describes low self esteem as: someone who has a general feeling of insignificance or a lack of importance.
Self Esteem: reflects on the individuals overall subjective emotional evaluation of their own worth.
I have created a worksheet to give you an opportunity to check in with yourself and see where your self esteem is at to provide an insight into possible habits of behavior that may be holding you back. We all know things about ourselves, and when we write them down, we get to see them and fully realize our true worth and what we may want to work on to enhance our own personal life.
I believe that healthy self esteem and awareness is key to a healthy, happier life. My goal is guiding people to how amazing and magnificently worthy you are!
