Changing the posture and habits can be sustainable, our bodies tell us when we are in pain, that’s when you change your positioning and posture. Yes, our bodies go back and forth from productive healthy habits to non-healthy habits and postures, this is normal. When you are mindful of noticing your body in pain and to adjust you posture/position and you start to feel better, you are now creating a new habit that is mindful to your body and health. Selfcare
Ergonomics evaluates the work station and suggests adjustments within the existing space. If a recommendation involves a purchase, then several recommendations are offered. Evaluations are about avoiding injuries and changing habits. As an evaluator I’m trained to recognize posture and habits you may not be aware you are doing.
