I want things to go back to Normal!

What is normal but a comfort or stagnant zone. Why wouldn't you want a better than Normal? Why not choose new and exciting possibilities and let go of the old normal that doesn't serve you NOW.

Look at your life and ask yourself, what were the good things that I like about the normal and what do I want to change that I didn't like.  How about instead of going BACK to normal that you create new habits.  When we say we want to go back, that means in the past and we can't live in the past.  If we live in the past, we miss the present and what the present can show us. The past is a memory that doesn't all have to come with us to the present.  We live Now and we can embrace and check our history to see if it fits in our Now.  Most of the time, we are in a repetitive feedback loop of habitual, same old, same old patterns that we don't even like.  Now is the time to create new habits and let go of the old Normal that only partially worked for us or not at all.  Life is ever-changing and it isn't supposed to be the old normal.  Embrace the changes, and question your old patterns.

It's always been done that way, so why change, even though it's not the best or the most extraordinary way.  This statement is one of the worst since it keeps us in the repetitive feedback loop and justifies why we shouldn't change. Change can be hard when we allow the past to dictate our present and future.  Leap and start changing your normal to something new.
